Orders
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Orders are considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email. CRYPTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as pricing errors or product unavailability.
Production
All garments are designed and handmade in our studio-store in Barcelona.
Most pieces are ready to ship. If an item is temporarily unavailable, production may take up to 15 days before dispatch.
As we work with selected deadstock and upcycled textiles, each garment is unique and may differ slightly from the one pictured.
Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand in our Barcelona studio-store .
Free standard shipping within Spain.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping service.
CRYPTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with any original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@cryptabarcelona.com before sending your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged during transport, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Slight variations in fabric, texture, or finish are part of the nature of each garment and are not considered defects.
